As a member of the Digital Products team, I have the privilege of building compelling and meaningful mobile-friendly products for an increasingly diverse and younger demographic of visitors to our digital streams and patients to our clinics.
Here, I manage product strategy, marketing, budget, and multiple scrum teams for: plannedparenthood.org, our flagship website, Spot On, our birth control and period tracking app on iOS and Android, as well as Roo, our AI-powered sex ed chatbot.

Successes

  • Fast Co Most Innovative Companies three years in a row, as well as Digiday’s 2020 Resilience award finalist in the category of Business

  • 130M unique visitors annually to the site, a 30% increase YoY, with over 80% coming organically through search (and a powerful SEO strategy!)

  • over 2M dLs to a free, more secure, and up-to-date period and birth control tracking app, with 60% of our users feeling confident after having used Spot On

  • over 6M conversations on Roo, primarily with Gen Z, in its first year of inception, with close to 80% satisfaction rate, and over 80% of questions being answered successfully through automated and trained responses
