MOOCs at General Assembly
As the Product Lead, I worked directly with the co-founders and VP of Product to spearhead General Assembly's first online learning platform from concept to launch, an initiative for Series C funding.
With my technical chops, I was also able to lead the vision for our first MOOC course on front-end development, working closely with the Instructional Design team.
Successes
Superseded our pilot launch goals
Brought in a new demographic of young professionals, primarily young women, and mothers, in both suburban and rural areas
Successfully transitioned a brick-and-mortar business to a flexible, scalable service online offering.
